West Village

Unique neighborhood with historic homes and an artistic vibe.

Welcome to the West Village

West Village is a charming neighborhood located on the Hudson River waterfront in Lower Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The area is known for its picturesque streets lined with historic townhouses that intersect at odd angles more similar to a European city than Manhattan’s grid-like layout. West Village is private, quiet, and serene, though with no shortage of things to do. Businesses here include coffee shops, trendy restaurants and stylish bars at every corner.

West Village’s most distinctive properties are its beautifully-preserved mid-19th century townhouses, these grand residences offer breathtaking living spaces with soaring ceilings and gorgeous gardens. The 21st century has seen the addition of luxurious condominiums along West Village’s waterfront, where 1 Morton Square and Perry Street’s Richard Meier-designed towers combine thousands of square feet of living space with magical views over the Hudson.
